We had an excellent experience with Nathan and team at Sandy Hill Construction. We had our top floor renovated - wood floors, new baseboards, doors, popcorn ceiling removed, bulkhead removal, re-insulation, closets out and custom wardrobes installed. Nathan was responsive and communicative. He provided us with a reasonable quote and was adaptable to meet our budget. Any minor hiccup that arose during the process was quickly resolved without issue. His primary workers onsite, Dawson and Evan, were exceptional - they were conscientious and kept our home very clean during the whole process. We couldn't be happier with the final result.

Nathan and his team did a complete overhaul of the kitchen in our turn-of-the-century home, which required structural work in the basement, a complete retrofit of the electrical, new plumbing and new heating and insulation. We appreciated the detailed estimate and communication throughout the planning process as well as the regular check-ins throughout the project. The job was completed on time and within budget, with impressive attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandy Hill to anyone looking to do a major home renovation.

We had a major renovation of our kitchen and bathroom. The results are great. The design by Brodie and Brown are beautiful and functional. The tile work is great!
Money well spent.
It will be dusty though.

Did a complete, back-to-the-studs bathroom reno. We had several goals for the project: a deeper soaking tub for my husband, a walk in shower for me, extra storage and a vintage look to complement our 100 year old house. Repurposed space from a large upstairs hall closet (the top part of an original staircase to the kitchen, removed by a previous owner) to put in the shower and moved the toilet to place the new tub under the window. Added a large, shallow floor- to-ceiling cabinet and a recessed medicine cabinet for storage.

The crew were great to work with, accommodating our wishes easily and promptly. The work met our expectations exactly and we adore our new bathroom.

My husband and I would heartily recommend Nathan and the guys for your project.

I would hire him over any other construction company in the area.
